成庄矿普钻封孔工艺分析

摘要 成庄矿封孔工艺在不同抽采区域对瓦斯抽放影响不同,通过实验找出瓦斯抽采区适宜的封孔工艺,对提高工艺水平、降低生产成本有巨大帮助。实验表明,采用囊袋式注浆封孔工艺,比聚氨酯封孔工艺在抽采过程产生的瓦斯的体积分数高出20%~30%,且稳定性较好;两堵一注工艺比囊袋式注浆工艺成本低,是成庄矿顺层钻孔的最佳选择。 The sealing technology of Chengzhuang Coal Mine has different influence on gas drainage in different drainage areas.It is of great help to improve the technology level and reduce the production cost to find out the suitable sealing technology in gas drainage areas through experiments.The experiment shows that the gas concentration of the pocket-type grouting and sealing technology is 20%-30%higher than that of polyurethane sealing in the process of extraction,and the stability is better;the technology of two block and one injection is the best choice for drilling in the bedding of Chengzhuang Coal Mine.
