高龄经产妇产后抑郁症与人格特征、社会支持的相关性研究

Relevant study between postpartum depression,personality characteristics and social support in elderly multipara

目的探讨高龄经产妇产后抑郁症与社会支持、人格特征的相关性。方法选择2017年4月至2018年12月我院收治的80例高龄经产妇为研究对象,采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)调查其产后抑郁情况,比较产后抑郁症与非抑郁症患者社会支持评定量表以及易感性人格量表评分,分析EPDS评分与社会支持评分、易感性人格评分的相关性。结果80例高龄经产妇EPDS平均得分为(9.23±3.98)分,>13分15例,产后抑郁症发生率18.75%;产后抑郁症组易感性人格中易感分显著高于非抑郁症组(P<0.05),反应分显著低于非抑郁症组(P<0.05),客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分均显著低于非抑郁症组(P<0.05);高龄经产妇人格特征易感分与EPDS评分呈正相关,反应分与EPDS评分呈负相关,社会支持总分与EPDS评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论高龄经产妇社会支持度越高产后抑郁情绪越低,人格特征与产后抑郁症的出现具有密切联系,可通过识别人格特征、提高社会支持度预防高龄经产妇产后抑郁症的发生。

Objective To explore the correlation between postpartum depression,personality characteristics and social support in elderly multipara.Methods To select 80 cases of elderly multipara admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 as the study subjects.The Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS)was used to investigate their postpartum depression,and the postpartum depression and non-depression patients'social support assessment scale and susceptibility personality scale were compared to analyze the correlation between the EPDS scores and social support scores,susceptibility personality scores.Results The average score of EPDS of 80 elderly multipara was(9.23±3.98)points,15 cases were>13 points,and the incidence rate of postpartum depression was 18.75%.The susceptibility score of susceptibility personality in postpartum depression group was significantly higher than that of non-depression group(P<0.05),and the response score was significant lower than the non-depression group(P<0.05),the total scores of objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and social support were significantly lower than those of the non-depression group(P<0.05).The susceptibility score of susceptibility personality in elderly multipara were positively correlated with the EPDS scores,and the response scores were negative with the EPDS scores,and the total social support score was negatively correlated with the EPDS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the social support of elderly multipara was,the lower the postpartum depression mood was.The personality characteristics were closely related to the appearance of postpartum depression.It was possible to prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression in elderly multipara by identifying personality characteristics and improving social support.
