青光眼患者心理状况调查及其个性特征相关性研究

Correlational study between the investigation of the psychological status and their personality characteristics in patients with glaucoma

目的调查青光眼患者心理状况和个性特征,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2019年6月本院收治的青光眼患者46例作为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁量表(SDS)评估焦虑、抑郁情绪,应用个性测查表(MMPI)评估患者的个性特征,应用Pearson相关性分析确定心理状况和个性特征相关性。结果患者焦虑评分(57.48±7.19)分,处于中度水平;抑郁评分(61.35±8.37)分,处于中高水平,表示患者均存在一定程度的焦虑和抑郁情绪。患者的Hs,Hy,Ma,Sc的评分均在60分左右,表示患者存在疑病、癔病、躁狂及精神分裂等人格异常特征。经Pearson相关性分析得出患者的焦虑、抑郁水平与Hs,Hy,Ma,Pa,Sc等个性特征呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论青光眼的个性特征与心理状况存在密切关系,应强化对个性特征的重视程度,改善负性心理情绪,提高疾病治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the psychological status and personality characteristics of patients with glaucoma,and explore the correlation between the two.Methods We selected 46 cases of glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2019 as the study objects.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess anxiety and depression,the Minnesota multiphasic per-sonality inventory(MMPI)was used to assess the personality characteristics of patients,and the Pearson correlation analysis was also used to determine the correlation between psychological status and personality characteristics.Results The patient's anxiety score was(57.48±7.19)points,which was at a moderate level,the depression score was(61.35±8.37)points,which was at a medium-to-high level and indicated that the patients had a certain degree of anxiety and depression.The Hs,Hy,Ma and Sc scores of the patients were all around 60 points,indicating that the patients had abnormal personality characteristics such as suspected disease,hysteria,mania and schizophrenia.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the patients'anxiety and depression levels were positively correlated with personality characteristics such as Hs,Hy,Ma,Pa,and Sc(P<0.05).Conclusion The personality characteristics of glaucoma were closely related to the psychological status.The importance of personality characteristics should be strengthened,negative psychological emotions should be improved to improve the treatment effect of the disease.
