音乐干预联合心理护理对心脏介入术患者平均动脉压的影响

Effect of applying music intervention combined with psychological nursing for mean arterial pressure of patients undergoing cardiac intervention surgery

目的探讨在心脏介入术中应用音乐干预联合心理护理对患者平均动脉压产生的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院进行心脏介入术的80例患者,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施音乐干预联合心理护理。对比两组患者手术前后平均动脉压、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果术前两组的平均动脉压相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后研究组的平均动脉压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏介入术中应用音乐干预联合心理护理可以改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,保证患者平均动脉压的平稳,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of applying music intervention combined with psychological nursing for mean arterial pressure of patients undergoing cardiac intervention surgery.Methods To select 80 cases of patients undergoing cardiac intervention surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented music intervention combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The mean arterial pressure,anxiety and depression scores of patients of the two groups before and after surgery were compared.Results The mean arterial pressure of the two groups before surgery was similar,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative mean arterial pressure in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of music intervention combined with psychological nursing during cardiac intervention surgery can improve the patient's anxiety and depression,and ensure the stability of the patient's mean arterial pressure.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
