不同户外运动类型对青少年航空学校学生远视力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different outdoor activities on vision of teenager aviation school students

摘要 目的分析不同户外运动类型对青少年航空学校高一学生远视力的影响及维护效果评价。方法对所有学生进行用眼卫生问卷调查,选取每日学习时间在8~10 h,户外运动时间60~120 min之间的学生229人,记录入校及3个月后复查远视力。结果相同户外运动时间下,入校3个月内平均远视力呈上升趋势,不同运动类型对远视力影响差异无统计学意义。结果相同户外运动类型下,入校时远视力<1.0组学生远视力提升较入校时远视力≥1.0组学生明显升高(P<0.01);相同视力分组下,户外运动类型对视力维护差异无统计学意义。结论户外运动对远视力具有保护作用,对视力<1.0的学生保护作用更为明显;不同户外运动类型并不会影响其对远视力的保护作用。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the influence of different types of outdoor activities on vision of teenager aviation school students. Methods Students from all the teenager aviation schools in China were surveyed with an eye behavior questionnaire. A total of 229 students were selected who spent 8 to 10 hours on study and 60 to 120 minutes on outdoor physical activities each day. Their vision was recorded upon admisstion to school and 3 months later. Results With the same amount of time spent on outdoor activities, the average visual acuity showed an upward trend in three months. There was no significant difference in the effects of different types of physical activities on visual acuity. With the same type of outdoor physical activities,visual acuity was improved more significantly in the<1.0 group than in the ≥1.0 group(P<0.01). In groups with the same vision, the type of outdoor activities had no significant influence on the maintenance of visual acuity. Conclusion Outdoor physical activities have a protective effect on visual acuity, especially for students whose visual acuity is <1.0. The type of outdoor activity does not affect the protection of visual acuity.
