摘要
随着第四次农业生产“白色革命”的发展[1-3],我国引入地膜覆盖技术,30多年来地膜的使用量逐年增加。本文介绍了残膜在农业生产中的危害和残膜回收的主要方法,陈述了机械化回收残膜的优势以及残膜回收机中起膜装置的重要性。针对目前国内残膜回收机的研究现状,介绍了几种不同起膜装置的结构及工作原理,为残膜回收机具起膜装置的结构设计优化提供了方向。
With the development of the fourth"white revolution"in agricultural production[1-3],China has introduced mulching film covering technology,and the amount of mulching film has been increasing year by year.This paper introduces the hazards of residual film in agricultural production and the main methods of residual film recovery.It states the advantages of mechanized recovery of residual film and the importance of the filming device in residual film recovery machines.According to the current research status of the residual film recovery machine in China,the structure and working principle of several different filming devices are introduced,which provides a direction for the structural design and optimization of the filming device of the residual film recovery equipment.
