接触式和感应式复合作用多旋翼航空静电喷药装置研制

摘要 针对农药利用率低和植保过程中出现漂移等问题,为解决这些问题人们将无人机与静电喷雾技术应用在农业植保。目前广泛使用的静电喷雾技术分别是感应式荷电和接触式荷电方法。本文提出了一种接触式荷电和感应式荷电复合作用的静电荷电方法,根据此方法设了一种接触荷电和感应荷电复合作用的多旋翼航空静电喷药装置,并对关键部件进行了选型设计。经过室内和室外试验表明:此种方法在没有辅助风力作用时,其静电吸附效果优于单独使用接触荷电或者感应荷电的效果,对于叶子状物体可以良好的实现一面喷洒两面沾药;当喷洒作业在无人机风力或者风幕的辅助作业时,其背面吸附效果不明显,由于静电吸附作用,正面吸附效果要显著的优于无静电时的吸附效果。 In order to solve the problems of low pesticide utilization and drift in the process of plant protection,in order to solve these problems,people apply drones and electrostatic spray technology to agricultural plant protection.The currently widely used electrostatic spray technologies are inductive charging or contact charging methods,respectively.This paper proposes a method of static charge electricity with a combination of contact charge and inductive charge.Based on this method,a multi-rotor aerostatic electrostatic spray device with combined effect of contact charge and induction charge is developed.The components are selected and designed.After indoor and outdoor tests,this method shows that the electrostatic adsorption effect of this method is better than the effect of using contact charging or induction charging alone without auxiliary wind force,and it can achieve good spraying on both sides of the leaf object;but When the spraying operation is in the auxiliary operation of the wind power or air curtain of the drone,the back surface adsorption effect is not obvious,but due to the electrostatic adsorption effect,the front adsorption effect is significantly better than that when there is no static electricity.
