摘要
针对核桃空瘪率高的问题,采用比重法研制了双通道独立调节风选机。本文介绍了该机的结构、工作原理、特点及试验情况。试验证明,该机生产效率达2 t/h,作业效率是人工的作业的100倍以上,风选率≥90%,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,对核桃产业发展具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems of high empty rate of wallnuts,the dual channel independent adjusting fan was developed through specific gravity method.In this paper,the structur,work principle,charactoristics and test situation are introduced.The result of test proove that,the production efficiency of this machine can reach 2t/h,which is more than 100 times that of manual work,the winnowing rate is higher that 90%,the application of this machine can reduce labor intensity and production cost,and has a great meaning to development of wallnut industry.
