反映不同龄期与水胶比的水工混凝土强度模型探讨

摘要 水胶比和养护龄期是水工混凝土抗压强度和劈拉强度的重要影响因素,但反映不同龄期和水胶比的强度模型报导较少。文章基于不同养护龄期(7 d、14 d、28 d)、不同水胶比(0.33、0.41、0.50)下的水工混凝土开展了抗压强度和劈拉强度试验,分析了两种因素对于混凝土力学性能的发展规律,进而建立了反映龄期和水胶比的水工混凝土强度模型。研究表明,混凝土早龄期力学性能随养护龄期增加而增加,随水胶比增加而变小;所建立的复合抗压强度模型和复合劈拉强度模型能够较为准确的预测不同龄期和不同水胶比下水工混凝土的抗拉强度和劈拉强度,为水工混凝土优化设计提供了一定的依据。 Water-binder ratio and curing age are important factors influencing the compressive strength and splitting strength of hydraulic concrete,but strength models reflecting different curing ages and water-cement ratio are rarely reported.Based on the tests of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of hydraulic concrete under different curing age(7 d,14 d,28 d)and water binder ratio(0.33,0.41,0.50),the development rule of two factors for the mechanical properties of concrete is analyzed,and then the strength model of hydraulic concrete reflecting age and water binder ratio is established.The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete at early age increase with curing age and decrease with water-binder ratio.The established composite compressive strength model and composite split strength model can accurately predict the tensile strength and split strength of hydraulic concrete under different ages and different water-binder ratios,which provides a certain basis for the optimization design of hydraulic concrete.
