摘要
依据大学生的个性与素质,提出与创新性相关联的知识智能因素、创造性因素、社会情感性因素以及运动感知能力因素等,用于描述个性与素质特征,并建立大学生创新能力与分类的评估体系。以机械学科为例讨论了针对研究型和应用型创新人才的特点,开发适合个性与素质潜能的创新创造课程科目。最后通过人才培养实践,表明以项目研究为依托,依据大学生个性和素质分类组成结构合理的研究团队,能够培养大学生的创新与合作能力,能够达到创新培养目标的预期效果。
According to the personality and quality of college students, this paper puts forward the factors of knowledge intelligence,creative factors, social emotional factors and sports perception factors related to innovation, which are used to describe the characteristics of personality and quality, and establishes the evaluation system of innovation ability and classification of college students. Taking the mechanical discipline as an example, this paper discusses the characteristics of research-oriented and application-oriented creative talents, and develops innovative and creative courses that are suitable for their personality and quality potential. Finally, through the practice of talent cultivation, it shows that a reasonable research team based on the project research and according to the personality and quality classification of college students can cultivate the innovation and cooperation ability of college students and achieve the expected effect of the innovation training goal.
