摘要
文章根据梧州学院物联网工程专业的特点,从专业教学团队建设的意义出发,指出了目前专业教学团队建设的主要问题。并根据梧州学院自身特点,从健全教学团队管理制度、基于三层架构课程群分组的团队发展规划、"双师型"教师队伍建设和建立校企合作机制等几个方面探讨物联网工程专业的教学团队建设改革措施。
Based on the characteristics of the Internet of Things engineering specialty of Wuzhou University and the significance of the construction of a professional teaching team, this paper points out the main problems of the current professional teaching team construction. According to the own characteristics of Wuzhou University, from the aspects of sound teaching team management system, team development planning based on three-tier architecture course grouping, the construction of "dual teacher" teacher team and establishment of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism to explain the reform measures of the teaching team construction of the Internet of things engineering specialty.
