The discipline inspection and supervision department, as the special organ of inner-party supervision and the special organ of state supervision, has always been the basic duty and the first duty. Taking G group as an example, this paper analyzes how the discipline inspection and supervision department of an enterprise can give full play to its function, put the supervision responsibility in front and put it into practice, so as to provide a strong and powerful disciplinary guarantee for the sustainable development and upgrading transformation of an enterprise.
