高职院校教学诊断与改进平台建设的探索与思考

Exploration and reflection on the construction of teaching diagnosis and improvement platform in higher vocational colleges

高职院校教学诊断与改进工作是落实质量保证主体责任的要求,是完善内部质量保证体系和运行机制的要求,也是实现创新发展的要求。高职院校要努力完成教学诊断与改进工作的各项任务,促进院校主动适应经济社会发展和人的全面发展需求,持续提高人才培养质量。文章从高职院校教学诊断与改进平台建设的意义出发,对高职院校教学诊断与改进平台建设基础和目标进行了分析,提出了高职院校教学诊断与改进平台建设的对策。

The work of teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges is not only the requirement of fulfilling the responsibility of the main body of quality assurance, perfecting the Internal Quality Assurance System and the operating mechanism, but also the requirement of realizing the innovation and development. Higher vocational colleges should make great efforts to fulfill the tasks of teaching diagnosis and improvement so that it can promote colleges to adapt to the needs of economic and social development and all-round human development, which continuously improve the quality of personnel training.This paper is starting from the significance of the construction of teaching diagnosis and improvement platform in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the foundation and target of the construction of teaching diagnosis and improvement platform in higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile it puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of teaching diagnosis and improvement platform in higher vocational colleges.
