摘要
通过7-乙酰氧基-4-甲基香豆素作为黄曲霉毒素的替代模板合成分子印迹聚合物,使用紫外可见分光光度计测定聚合物对黄曲霉毒素的吸附,并进行合成条件优化。使用傅里叶变换红外、电子显微镜扫描、激光粒度分析仪对聚合物进行表征。对分子印迹聚合物进行吸附性能测试,得到分子印迹聚合物的最大吸附量为5.0 mg/g。将聚合物作为柱填料制备固相萃取柱检测黄曲霉毒素,并与免疫亲和柱对比,自制柱效果较好。
7-acetoxyl-4-methylcoumarin was employed as the template of aflatoxins to prepare the molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP).UV visible spectrophotometry was utilized to measure the adsorption of the MIP to aflatoxins,followed by the optimization of the synthesis conditions.The MIP was then characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer.By optimizing the synthesis conditions,the adsorption performance of the MIP was assessed and the maximum adsorption capacity was measured as 5.0 mg/g.Subsequently,the MIP was utilized as the column packing to prepare the solid phase extraction column for the determination of aflatoxin.In comparison of immunoaffinity column,the prepared MIP based column possesses better effect.
