摘要
【目的】评估转Bt基因玉米HGK60对小鼠的亚慢性毒性效应。【方法】以8周龄昆明小鼠及BALB/C小鼠为试验对象开展小鼠90 d喂养试验,试验组和对照组各设置小鼠24只,雌雄各一半。试验组和对照组分别喂养转Bt基因玉米HGK60和非转基因含郑58玉米饲料,观察和记录45 d和90 d时小鼠的体重及进食量、血液生化、脏器系数及器官Bt蛋白残留情况。【结果】试验期间,转Bt基因玉米处理组的小鼠与对照组小鼠均保持良好的生长状况,无任何异常行为,也均无中毒死亡情况。45 d和90 d转Bt玉米试验组与含郑58玉米对照组小鼠的体重,进食量,血液尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶水平,胃/十二指肠、肝、肾及脾脏器系数均无显著性差异(P>0.05);45 d和90 d Bt试验组肝脏中均无Bt蛋白检出,胃/十二指肠和粪便中皆有不同程度检出,推测所检出的Bt蛋白可能是未经完全消化的饲料中的Bt蛋白。【结论】本研究试验条件下,转Bt基因玉米HGK60对小鼠的生长发育、血液生化指标及重要器官均无显著影响。此结果可为转Bt基因玉米的饲用安全性评价提供科学依据。
【Objective】To evaluate the subchronic toxic effects of transgenic Bt corn HGK60 on mice.【Method】Eight-week-old Kunming mice and BALB/C mice were used as the experimental materials to carry out the 90-day feeding test.24 mice including 12 male and 12 female were set for the test group and the control group,respectively.The test group and the control group were fed with Bt transgenic maize HGK60 and non-transgenic maize containing Zheng 58 corn,respectively.The body weight,food intake,blood biochemical index,organ specific gravity and Bt protein residues in vital organs were observed and recorded at 45 and 90 days.【Result】During the test period,both the mice in the Bt corn group and the control group grew well without any abnormal behavior and no death from poisoning.No significant differences were observed in body weight,food intake,levels of urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in blood,and the organ coefficients of stomach/duodenal,liver,kidney and spleen between the Bt corn test group and the Zheng 58 maize control group(P>0.05).No Bt protein was observed in the liver of the Bt test group at 45 d and 90 d,whereas varying degrees of Bt protein were detected in the stomach/duodenum and feces.It was speculated that the Bt residues came from the incompletely digested feed.【Conclusion】Transgenic Bt gene maize HGK60 had no significant effect on the growth,blood biochemical index and vital organs.
