摘要
【目的】研究在基础日粮中添加不同水平的红豆杉叶对仙居鸡蛋黄卵磷脂、胆固醇含量的影响及红豆杉叶中紫杉醇在蛋清、蛋黄中沉积量的变化。【方法】选取140日龄体重相近、健康状况良好的仙居鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。其中饲喂基础饲粮为对照组,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%、3%和4%的红豆杉叶,为2%、3%、4%组。试验开始时,每间隔10 d,每组每个重复随机各捡蛋2枚,用于检测蛋黄中卵磷脂和胆固醇含量及紫杉醇在蛋清、蛋黄中沉积量的检测,试验期90 d。【结果】4%组蛋黄中卵磷脂含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),4%组蛋黄中胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2%、3%、4%组蛋清、蛋黄中紫杉醇的沉积量差异显著(P<0.05),且4%组紫杉醇的沉积量显著高于2%组(P<0.05)。【结论】在饲粮中添加不同水平的红豆杉叶可以提高蛋黄中卵磷脂的含量、同时降低蛋黄中胆固醇的含量,且紫杉醇能够沉积在蛋清、蛋黄中。
【Objective】The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of different levels of yew leaves in basal diet on the content of lecithin and cholesterol in egg yolk and the amount of paclitaxel deposited in albumin and egg yolk.【Method】A total of 400 Xianju chickens with similar body weight and good health at 140 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.In the experimental group,2%,3% and 4% of the yew leaves were added to the basic diet,respectively.At the beginning of the experiment,2 eggs were randomly collected for each replicate in each group at 10 d intervals to detect the content of lecithin and cholesterol in the yolk and the amount of paclitaxel deposited in albumin and yolk during the experiment period of 90 d.【Result】The results showed that at the end of the experiment,the content of lecithin in the yolk of 4% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the content of cholesterol in the yolk of 4% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of paclitaxel in egg white and yolk of 2%,3% and 4% group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the amount of paclitaxel in 4% group was significantly higher than that in 2% group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Adding different levels of yew leaves to the diet could increase the content of lecithin in the yolk and reduce the content of cholesterol in the yolk,and paclitaxel could be deposited in albumin and the yolk.
