摘要
以某医学院病案信息学教学为例,通过讨论混合教学模式在病案信息学教学中的应用,分析病案信息学的课程设置及以前的传统教学模式。研究结果发现,改革后的混合教学模式注重线上线下学习相结合,自主学习与合作学习相结合,结构性学习与非结构性学习相结合,从而使得学生学习能力提高,更易牢靠地掌握病案信息学理论知识,学生和教师教学相长。
Taking the teaching of medical record informatics in a medical college as an example,this paper discusses the application of the mixed teaching mode in medical record informatics,and analyzes the curriculum of medical record informatics and the previous lecture-based learning(LBL)method.The results showed that the novel mixed teaching mode focuses on the combination of online and offline learning,combination of self-directed learning and cooperative learning,and combination of structural learning and unstructured learning.By adopting this teaching mode,students’learning ability is improved,and the theoretical knowledge of medical records informatics is mastered more easily and solidly,and both teaching and learning are improved.
