董仲舒是全世界最重要的神哲学家之一,在其思想体系之中有民本思想。民本思想贯穿于《春秋繁露》全书之中,也体现在该书的首篇里,共有九端。其一,暴乱之徒,必须严惩。这是董仲舒的民本思想在政治学中的体现。其二,提倡诚信,培养信德,这是董仲舒的民本思想在伦理学中的体现。其三,天地之间,有大算术,这是董仲舒的民本思想在智谋规划中的体现。其四,夷狄华夏,关乎文化,这是董仲舒的民本思想在民族学中的体现。其五,国家大治,四邻皆贺,这是董仲舒的民本思想在外交中的体现。其六,历史研究,厚今薄古,这是董仲舒的民本思想在史学中的体现。其七,比较文学,学科有据,这是董仲舒对新兴学科比较文学的预表。其八,古今通达,奉天法古,这说明董仲舒的民本思想闪耀着自然哲学的光辉。其九,改革开放,势所必然,这是董仲舒民本思想中最突出的当代价值。

Dong Zhongshu is one of the most important theological philosophers in the world.People-oriented thought existing in his ideology runs through the entire book of Chunqiu Fanlu,and is also reflected in the first part of the book,which has nine points.First,rioters must be severely punished,which is the embodiment of Dong Zhongshu’s peopleoriented thought in politics.Second,it is the embodiment of his thought in ethics to advocate honesty and cultivate faith.Third,there is a big concept between heaven and earth,which is the embodiment of his thought in wisdom planning.Fourth,both Yi Di(the kingdoms of Wu,Chu and so on)and Hua Xia(an ancient name for China or the self-proclaimed Zhou Dynasty in ancient China)are about culture,which shows his people-oriented thought in ethnology.Fifth,that the nation’s great governance and all its neighbors are congratulated is the embodiment of his thought in diplomacy.Sixth,historical research which denounces the present and praises antiquity is the embodiment of his thought in history.Seventh,the comparative literature which has a disciplinary basis is Dong Zhongshu’s preview of comparative literature in the emerging disciplines.Eighth,the concept that ancient times and the modern times are accessible to each other,and the view of respecting god’s will and the ancient times show that Dong Zhongshu’s people-oriented thought shine the glory of natural philosophy.Ninth,it is inevitable to reform and open up,which is the most prominent contemporary value in his people-oriented thought.
