烯醇化酶mRNA表达在乳腺癌患者中的预后判断价值

Prognostic judgment value of enolase mRNA expression in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者中烯醇化酶(ENO)家族不同成员(ENO1、ENO2、ENO3)mRNA表达水平及其与乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法通过KM-plotter在线数据库研究ENO每个成员mRNA表达在乳腺癌患者中的预后作用。结果ENO1高表达与乳腺癌患者有较好的总生存期(OS)相关[风险比(HR)=1.61(1.30~2.00),P=1.4e-5];ENO2高表达对p53基因突变的乳腺癌患者具有较好的OS[HR=[3.67(1.48~9.15),P=0.00];ENO3高表达与HER2+乳腺癌患者较好的OS相关[HR=2.95(1.43~6.09),P=0.00]。ENO1 mRNA高表达在淋巴结转移阴性的乳腺癌患者中有更好的预后[HR=1.94(1.32~2.84),P=0.00],但是在淋巴结转移阳性乳腺癌患者中并不具有明显相关性(P>0.05)。而乳腺癌患者ENO2和ENO3的表达情况与是否具有淋巴结转移均无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论ENO家族不同成员ENO1、ENO2、ENO3分别与不同遗传背景的乳腺癌患者OS密切相关,ENO蛋白表达对乳腺癌患者预后判断有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression levels of different members(ENO1,ENO2 and ENO3)of the enolase(ENO)family in the patients with breast cancer and their relationship with the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Methods The prognostic role of mRNA expression of each ENO member in breast cancer patients was investigated by KM-plotter online database.Results High expression of ENO1 was correlated with better overall survival(OS)in the patients with breast cancer[hazard ratio(HR)=1.61(1.30-2.00),P=1.4e-5];the ENO2 high expression had a good OS for the breast cancer patients with p53 mutations[HR=3.67(1.48-9.15),P=0.00];the ENO3 high expression was correlated with better OS in the patients with Her2+breast cancer[HR=2.95(1.43-6.09),P=0.00].ENO1 mRNA high expression had better prognosis in the breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis negative[HR=1.94(1.32-2.84),P=0.00],but which showed no significant correlation in the breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis positive(P>0.05).The expression situation of ENO2 and ENO3 in the patients with breast cancer had no obvious correlation with lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion Different members of ENO1,ENO2 and ENO3 in ENO family are closely related to OS in the breast cancer patients with different genetic backgrounds.ENO protein expression has a certain value for judging the prognosis in breast cancer patients.
