颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后所用囊肿塞的制作进展

颌骨囊肿是口腔颌面外科常见疾病,临床上多采用手术治疗,其中开窗减压术又称袋成形术,是治疗颌骨大型囊肿的有效方法。开窗减压术后用以保持囊腔内外压平衡的囊肿塞治器是治疗成功的关键之一。目前临床医师及研究人员对于囊肿塞的研究相对较少,本文通过检索、分析国内外相关文献,对囊肿塞的制作进展,包括制作方式、制作材料的改进进行综述,以期为囊肿塞在临床的应用研究提供理论依据。

Jaw cyst is a common disease in oral and maxillofacial surgery.The surgical treatment is generally used in clinic.Fenestration decompression,also known as marsupialization,is an effective method to treat the large jaw cysts.Cyst plug which is used after fenestration decompression is one of the keys for treatment success.At present,there are few studies on the cyst plugs.this article reviews the progress of cyst plug production including the improvements of production methods and materials by searching and sorting out the relevant literatures at home and abroad,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of cyst plug.
