淄博某采空区场地建筑适宜性评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据研究区岩土层结构和地下煤层的赋存特征及煤炭开采背景,运用概率积分法,预测拟建场地多层采空区条件下的地表残余变形,并计算拟建场地浅部2煤采空区的垮落断裂带发育高度及建筑荷载作用下的地基附加应力影响深度。结果表明:拟建场地残余变形中最大沉降量为130 mm,最大倾斜值为1. 8 mm/m,均小于规范规定的建筑物地基变形允许值;拟建建筑地基附加应力最大影响深度为地下58. 3 m,小于2煤采空区垮落断裂带顶部的埋深,地基附加应力不足以引发采空区的"活化";在建筑基础刚度、地基处理等方面满足规范要求的前提下,拟建场地作为建筑场地是适宜的。 The structure of rock and soil strata and the occurrence characteristics of underground coal seam and coal mining background in the study area were identified through investigation. The residual deformation of surface under the condition of multi-layer goaf of the proposed site was predicted by probability integral method.The development height of caving fracture zone in the goaf of No.2 coal seam in the shallow part of the proposed site was calculated, and the influence depth of additional stress on foundation under building load was calculated.The results showed that the maximum settlement of residual deformation in the proposed site is 130 mm and the maximum inclination value is 1. 8 mm/m, which are less than the allowable value of the building foundation deformation stipulated in the code. The maximum influence depth of the additional stress of the proposed building foundation is 58. 3 m below the ground, less than the buried depth of the top of the caving fracture zone in the goaf of No.2 coal seam, and the additional stress of the foundation is not enough to trigger the "activation" of the goaf. On the premise that the rigidity of the building foundation and the foundation treatment meet the requirements of the code, the proposed site is suitable as a construction site.
