煤矿工作面煤壁柔性加固的数值模拟研究

摘要 长治县西山煤矿3101首采工作面推进过程中,高层位煤体容易发生片帮,且片帮深度较大,为选择合适的棕绳直径和注浆孔位置,对采场煤壁稳定性的影响进行数值模拟研究。结果显示,应选择Φ16 mm棕绳直径,注浆位置应距工作面顶板2 m处,并通过实践验证了数值模拟的合理性。 In the process of advancing the 3101 mining faces of Xishan Coal Mine in Changzhi Coal Mine, the coal seam in the upper coal seam is prone to occur, and the depth of the slice is larger. In order to select the proper diameter of brown rope and the location of grouting hole, the numerical simulation study on the influence of the stability of the coal wall in the stope was carried out.The results showed that the diameter of rope should choose 16 mm, grouting location should be away from the face of the roof 2 m position.The rationality of numerical simulation was verified by practice.
