摘要 因悬臂式掘进机机身较长,煤矿巷道拐弯开门施工时,一般采用钻爆法掘进至一定距离后,再安装掘进机。掘进机拐弯开门时,带式运输机配套方式难、作业环节多,占用时间长、效率低。本文研究的配套工艺为综掘机后方接三节带式输送机,使用遥控履带式输送机进行转载,并以该工艺为指导,开发配套的装备和控制系统,采用掘进机直接开门,提高了工作效率。 Due to the long cantilever driving body, when the coal mine roadway turns to open the door, the drilling and blasting method is generally used to drive to a certain distance before installing the roadheader.When the roadheader turns to open the door, the supporting mode of the transport machine is difficult, there are many working links, long occupation time and low efficiency. The matching technology studied in this paper is to connect the three belt conveyor at the back of the comprehensive digger, and use the remote-control crawler belt conveyor for transfer. With the guidance of this technology, the matching equipment and control system are developed, and the roadheader is used to open the door directly, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
