Research and application of seamless connection technology of "Z" working face

"Z"形工作面分为大、小两面,工作面对接主要分为工作面刮板输送机机尾对接和机头对接两种方式。通过分析工作面地质资料及需要避开的因素,确定工作面运输巷与轨道巷及切眼位置,选取科学合理的对接方法,确保无缝对接。

The "Z" working face is divided into two sides: big and small. The docking of working face is mainly divided into two ways: the tail docking of working face scraper conveyor and the head docking of working face scraper conveyor.According to the analysis on the geological data and the factors to be avoid,scientific and reasonable docking methods were selected according to the actual situation of working face cutting to ensure seamless connection.
