一种新型单侧巷道立井平罐装置的研发及应用

摘要 矿山多水平立井提升系统在各中间水平采用摇台搭接罐笼时,矿车进出罐笼时罐笼处于悬吊状态,因提升钢丝绳的弹性伸长和停罐就位误差的影响而引起罐笼上下跳动,导致矿车容易掉道,由于运行阻力增大,严重影响提升效率,且存在较大安全隐患。技术比较先进的罐笼承接装置可以解决上述问题,但因其结构复杂,体积较大,导致单侧巷道矿井的井壁一侧没有足够安装空间而无法使用。锡矿山闪星锑业公司据此研发出一种新型的可用于单侧巷道矿井的立井平罐装置,有效克服了现有摇台的缺陷,提高了提升效率。现场应用表明,该装置具有结构简单、安装方便、布置空间小的优点,同时对进出车侧和对面井壁侧的液压缸采用不同的布置方式,更加节省安装空间,特别适用于空间狭小的单侧巷道矿井,具有很好的推广价值。 When the multi-level vertical shaft lifting system in mines employs rocking platform to overlap the cage at each intermediate level, the cage is in suspension state. When the mine car enters and leaves the cage,the cage runs up and down due to the elastic elongation of the lifting wire rope and the influence of the error of stopping the cage. As a result, the mine car is easy to fall down, the operating resistance of the inlet and outlet cages increases, which seriously affects the lifting efficiency, and there are large safety conceals.However, because of its complex structure and large volume, the one-sided roadway mine has insufficient installation space on the side of the shaft wall, which can not be selected.Tin Mine Flashing Antimony Co., Ltd. has developed a new vertical flat tank device which can be used in one-sided roadway mines in combination with existing mines and their lifting status. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of the existing shaking table and greatly improves the lifting efficiency.Field application showed that the device has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation and small layout space. Meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinders on the side of vehicle and opposite shaft wall are arranged in different ways, which saves installation space more. It is especially suitable for single-side roadway mines with narrow space and has good promotion value.
