摘要
采用添加尿素的方式成功制备了一种薄片ZSM-5分子筛,对其进行锌改性,考察薄片结构对其催化甲醇制芳烃(MTA)反应性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、Ar物理吸附、NH3-TPD等方法对所得到的ZSM-5分子筛样品进行表征。结果表明:薄片结构有利于提高ZSM-5分子筛催化剂在甲醇制芳烃(MTA)反应中的稳定性,锌改性提高了芳烃的选择性;相较传统锌改性ZSM-5分子筛,锌改性薄片ZSM-5分子筛催化剂寿命提高到120 h,芳烃选择性达到59%。
A thin-sheet ZSM-5 molecular sieve was successfully synthesized by adding urea,modified by zinc and evaluated by methanol to aromatics(MTA)reaction,to investigate the effect of sheet structure on the catalytic performance.These samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,Ar physical adsorption and NH3-TPD.Results show that the thin-sheet structure and Zn modification facilitates the stability and selectivity to aromatics,respectively.The lifetime of the zinc-modified thin-sheet ZSM-5 reaches 120 h,and the aromatic selectivity reaches 59,much better than those of traditional ZSM-5 catalyst.
