摘要
深海载人潜水器是现代海底探查重要装备,观察窗是其观察外界环境的重要途径。针对大深度载人潜航器观察窗三种结构形式进行静力学分析,得出自由边界和固定边界的应力和应变变化情况,为后续研究提供参考。基于有限元分析,对影响观察窗应力的尺寸参数和结构形式进行对比分析,结果可知:对于平圆形观察窗而言,随着厚径比的增大,应力逐渐减小,当厚径比达到1之后,应力变化趋于平缓;对于锥台形观察窗而言,随着锥角的增大,应力逐渐减小,当锥角达到90°之后,应力变化趋于平缓,随着厚径比的增大,应力逐渐减小,当厚径比达到1之后,应力变化趋于平缓;对于球扇形观察窗而言,随着锥角的增大,应力逐渐减小,当锥角达到90°之后,应力变化趋于平缓,随着厚径比的增大,应力逐渐减小,当厚径比达到1之后,应力变化趋于平缓;三种结构形式中,球扇形观察窗的应力状态最好。
Human occupied vehicle(HOV)is the modern seabed exploration and research of important equipment,observation window is an important way to observe the external environment. The stress and strain changes of the cone-shaped observation window under the free boundary condition and the fixed boundary condition are obtained for the static analysis of the three kinds of structural forms of the large-depth manned submersible observation window,which can provide reference for the follow-up finite element research. Based on the finite element analysis method,the dimensional parameters and structure of the stress window are analyzed and compared. The results show that:for the flat-shaped observation window,with the increase of the thickness-diameter ratio,the stress decreases gradually. When the thickness-diameter ratio reaches 1,the stress change tends to be gentle. For the cone-shaped observation window and the stress decreases gradually. When the cone angle reaches 90°,the stress change tends to be gentle. As the thickness ratio increases,the stress decreases gradually. When the thickness ratio reaches 1,the stress change tends to be gentle. For the fan-shaped observation window,with the increase of the cone angle,the stress decreases gradually. When the cone angle reaches 90°,the stress change tends to be gentle. As the thickness ratio increases,the stress decreases gradually. After the thickness ratio reaches 1,the stress change tends to be gentle. In the three structural forms,the stress state of the fan-shaped window is the best.
