摘要
对上海地铁9号线钢轨表面病害、钢轨廓形与轮轨关系进行测量和统计,结合钢轨打磨车特点,有针对性地设计修复打磨方案,重点是修正接触光带,使光带内轨居中靠外、外轨居中靠内.实测结果表明,该修复打磨方案可以增大车轮通过内外轨的滚动半径差,消除内外侧不良接触,从而改善轮轨关系,提升车辆在曲线区段运行时乘客的舒适度,并可有效控制钢轨表面病害发展,延长钢轨使用寿命.
The rail surface defects and the rail profile with the wheel/rail relationship for Shanghai metro line 9 were measured and statistics were conducted.Combined with the characteristics of the rail grinding car,the corresponding polishing scheme was designed.The scheme was focused on correcting the contact light band,so that the inner rail of the light band was centered on the outside and the outer rail was centered on the inside.The experimental results show that repair polishing of urban rail transit rail can increase the rolling radius difference of the wheel through inner and outer rails and eliminate bad contact between the inside and outside,so as to improve the wheel/rail relationship and passenger’s comfort when metro vehicle running on curve section,and effectively control developments of rail surface defects and extend service life of the rail.
