摘要
以某轿车除霜管道为研究对象,根据国家标准要求设计除霜管道,确定出风口位置和方向,并利用CAD软件建立三维模型.利用Hyper Mesh建立有限元分析模型,对出风口流量、速度进行分析,并对除霜系统瞬态除霜性能进行仿真分析.结果表明,设计的除霜口结构能够满足设计要求.
Taking defrosting pipeline for a car as research object,the defrosting pipeline was designed according to the requirements of the national standard,the position and direction of the air outlet were determined,and the three-dimensional model was established with CAD software.The finite element analysis model was established to analyze the flow rate and speed of the air outlet,and the transient defrosting performance of the defrosting system was simulated and analyzed.The result shows that the structure of defrosting system can meet the design requirements.
