摘要
为研究不同芯层结构弯曲性能,对芯板结构为矩形、梯形、三角形和余弦形的复合材料波纹板进行三点弯曲试验,利用ABAQUS仿真软件对复合材料夹层结构进行试验仿真.仿真结果表明在相同尺寸、厚度和晶格数目条件下,夹层结构芯层和下面板首先发生破坏.通过对不同芯层弯曲刚度计算可知,矩形芯板弯曲刚度较高.
In order to study the bending performance of different core layer structures,tree-point benting test was corried out on the composite corrugated plates with rectangular,trapezoid,triangle and cosine core structures,and the composite sandwich structures were simulated by ABAQUS simulation software.The simulation results show that under the same size,thickness and lattice number,the core layer and the lower panel of the sandwich structure are destroyed in the first place.Through bending stiffness calculation for different core layers,it can be seen that the bending stiffness of rectangular core plate is higher.
