E型多齿开关磁链永磁记忆电机电磁性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 记忆电机是一种通过改变低矫顽力永磁体磁化状态进行调磁的新型永磁电机。针对传统C型多齿开关磁链永磁记忆电机在恒转矩区转矩性能低的问题,提出并设计了一种采用E型铁心的新型多齿开关磁链永磁记忆电机。基于有限元法建立了电机模型,分析了其电磁性能,包括磁链、反电动势、直交轴电感与转矩等。与传统C型多齿开关磁链永磁记忆电机对比,E型多齿开关磁链永磁记忆电机最大转矩提高了7.7%。结果表明,提出的电机结构具有更大的电磁转矩。 Memory machine has the good flux adjustment capability by changing the magnetization state of low-coercive permanent magnets.A new E-core multi-tooth switching flux permanent magnet memory machine was proposed and designed to improve the electromagnetic torque of multi-tooth switching flux permanent magnet memory machine in constant torque region.The machine was designed and analyzed with the help of the finite element method.The electromagnetic performance of the machine was presented,including magnetic field distribution,flux linkage,back-EMF,inductance and torque.Comparing with the traditional C-core multi-tooth switching flux permanent magnet memory machine,the E-core multi-tooth switching flux permanent magnet memory machine exhibits 7.7%higher torque.The results show that the proposed machine has larger electromagnetic torque.
