摘要
通过统计分析整车试验中第二排乘员安全带上固定点位置情况,阐述安全带上固定点位置对假人胸压的影响,为新车型第二排安全带上固定点布置提供参考依据。统计结果与CAE仿真分析表明:布置安全带上固定点位置时,其Z向相对于假人H点越高,Y向相对于假人越近,越有助于假人胸部的保护;而对于X向,其响应为U形变化趋势,需考虑最佳布置范围。
By statistically analyze the position of the seat belt fixed point of the second row passengers in the vehicle test, the influence of the fixed point position on the chest pressure of the dummy was illustrated, so as to provide a reference for the arrangement of the fixed point position of the new vehicle. The statistical results and CAE simulation results show that when the fixed point position on the seat belt is arranged, the higher theZdirection is with respect to the dummyHpoint, and the closer theYdirection is to the dummy, the more the protection to the dummy’ s chest is;for theXdirection, the response is a U-shaped trend and the optimal range of placement needs to be considered.
