摘要
制动性能是车辆核心功能之一,硬件在环台架(HIL)可以更好地支持车辆的快速开发及智能驾驶功能测试,而基于HIL台架开发需要确保台架的测试结果与实车测试一致性。通过将制动过程逐层分解,对制动执行机构、制动器、轮胎等影响测试精度的模型进行优化,明确关键因子,并从制动响应趋势、减速度和制动距离等多个维度对实车与台架测试的数据进行客观比较分析。对标结果表明:优化后的模型在制动响应趋势、减速度、制动距离等方面与实车具有较好的一致性。
Brake system’s performance is one of the core features in the vehicle. HIL( Hardware In Loop) bench can help the fast development of vehicle and intelligence related feature. The key point is to assure the consistence of HIL test results and vehicle test results.Through layer by layer decomposition, the models that impacting test accuracy were optimized, including bench actuator, brake and tire. The critical factors were determined. The HIL test results were compared with the vehicle test results from the aspects of response tendency,deceleration, brake distance. The optimized results show the good consistence between the HIL test results and the vehicle results.
