摘要
电动助力转向管柱是汽车的重要子系统之一,对整车NVH性能有着直接影响。对某车型电动助力转向管柱进行有限元模态分析,并根据计算结果进行设计优化,然后对优化后的模型进行实物测试,验证了有限元分析的准确性与可行性,最终满足了主机厂的要求。
Electric power steering column is one of the important subsystems of automobile, which has direct influence on NVH performance.A finite element modal analysis was carried out on the electric power steering column of a certain vehicle model, and design optimization was carried out according to the calculated results. Then, the optimized model was tested to verify the correctness and feasibility of the finite element analysis. Finally the requirements of automobile plant are met.
