摘要
在发动机零部件设计开发前期,使用ABAQUS软件对隔热罩件进行模态和热应力分析,预测隔热罩频率、振型和热应力分布及其变形情况,其设计状态满足发动机NVH和耐热性能要求,为隔热罩设计提供参考。
In the early stage of engine component design and development, ABAQUS software was used to analyze the modal and thermal stress of the heat shield, predicting the heat shield frequency, vibration mode and thermal stress distribution and its deformation. The design state satisfies the requirements of engine NVH and heat resistance. It provides reference for heat shield design.
