摘要 电动汽车在蓬勃发展的同时,其安全性也得到了社会的密切关注。电动汽车动力部件温升测试是衡量电动汽车在正常运行过程中安全和可靠性的首选方法。分析以热电偶测温为主的动力部件温升测试的原理和方法,并从动力部件的热产生、热传递和热测量等多个环节分析可能存在误差,选定主要的误差因素来源并完成了不确定度分析。最后,针对上述存在的误差因素,提出了可行的解决办法。 While electric vehicles are booming, their safety has also received close attention from society. The temperature rise test of electric vehicle power components is the preferred method to measure the safety and reliability of electric vehicles during normal operation. The principle and method of temperature rise test of power components based on thermocouple temperature measurement were analyzed, and the probable error factors were analyzed from the heat generation, heat transfer and heat measurement of power components, and the main factors were selected. The source of the error factors was selected and the uncertainty analysis was completed. Finally, a feasible solution was proposed for the above-mentioned error factors.
