摘要
随着教育新形势对医学研究生教育的提出新的要求,以及专科医院自身应对市场竞争、人才建设的迫切需要,教学工作已日渐成为医院建设与发展的一项重点工作,面对新形势,传染病专科医院如何进行教学管理,培养出更多传染病领域的合格人才,是传染病医院面对的新挑战。我们论述了传染病专科医院在新形势下的教学管理现状、阐述了教学工作中存在的问题,并针对存在问题介绍了医院采取的解决措施,有效的促进了传染病医院教学工作的开展。
Based on new demands of medical postgraduates,and the urgent need of the specialized hospitals in market competition and talents training,teaching has gradually become an important work in the construction and development of hospitals.How to carry out teaching management and to train more qualified personnel in infectious disease field is a new challenge for infectious disease hospitals.We discusses the present situation of teaching management in infectious disease hospital,expounds the problems existing in teaching and introduces the measures taken by the hospital to solve the problems.
