头孢菌素与痰热清注射液共同治疗老年慢性支气管炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Cephalosporin and Tanreqing Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的:对老年慢性支气管炎应用痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素的临床实践效果进行研究。方法:将2018年1月至2019年6月期间,在我院进行治疗的老年慢性支气管炎患者共计100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组的50例患者采用头孢菌素进行治疗,实验组50例患者采用痰热情注射液联合头孢菌素进行治疗,之后对两组患者的药物不良反应情况和临床疗效进行对比。结果:实验组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况均显著好于对照组。结论:对老年慢性支气管炎患者采用头孢菌素联合痰热清注射液进行治疗,可大幅度改善其临床症状,降低各种不良反应的发生概率,具有安全性高、起效迅速、疗效确切等优势,值得推广。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cephalosporin in senile chronic bronchitis. Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 patients in the control group were treated with cephalosporins, and 50 patients in the experimental group were treated with sputum enthusiasm injection combined with cephalosporins. Results: Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in experimental group. All of them were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Cephalosporin combined with Tanreqing injection can greatly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the probability of all kinds of adverse reactions in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. It has the advantages of high safety, rapid effect and accurate curative effect, which is worth popularizing.
