葆宫止血颗粒辅助治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果及对雌孕激素水平的影响

Effects of Baogong Zhixue Rranule Adjuvant Treatment on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding and its Influence on Levels of Estrogen and Progesterone

目的:探讨葆宫止血颗粒辅助治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果及对雌孕激素水平的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年12月于我院治疗的青春期功能性子宫出血患者128例,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组(64例)及对照组(64例)。对照组患者单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用葆宫止血颗粒治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,记录两组患者止血情况(出血控制时间、完全止血时间),比较治疗前、治疗3个月后两组患者子宫内膜厚度、及雌激素[雌二.醇(E2)]、孕激素[孕酮(P)]、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)水平的变化情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率明.显优于对照组(P均<005)。治疗3个月后两组患者子宫内膜厚度、出血控制时间、完全止血时.间均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P均<005);两组患者血清E2、P、FSH、PRL水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<005)。结论:葆宫止血颗粒辅助治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,缩短出血时间,降低雌孕激素水平。

Objective: To explore the effects of Baogong Zhixue granule adjuvant treatment on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its influence on levels of estrogen and progesterone. Methods: A total of 128 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(64 cases) and control group(64 cases) according to the admission sequence. Control group was treated with norethisterone alone, and observation group was combined with Baogong Zhixue granule on this basis. The clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups. The hemostasis conditions(bleeding control time, complete hemostasis time) were recorded in the two groups. The endometrial thickness and levels of estrogen [estradiol(E2)], progesterone(P), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and prolactin(PRL) were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment. Results: The total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the endometrial thickness, bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05). The levels of serum E2, P, FSH and PRL in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Baogong Zhixue granule adjuvant treatment has significant efficacy on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the bleeding time and reduce the levels of estrogen and progesterone.
