布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Sulfate Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:讨论布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果。方法:选择2018年2月至2019年2月慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者120例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组给予布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,对两组患者治疗后的呼吸困难程度、肺功能情况及SaO2检测结果进行比对。结果:对比两组患者三项观察指标,治疗后1d,差异无统计学意.义;治疗后3d、10d两组患者均有所改善,但观察组改善幅度明显优于对照组,患者治疗效率更高,恢复时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论:采用布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期有利于提高治疗效率,缩短恢复时间,同时具备有效性与时间性,值得在临床上推广。

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of budesonide combined with aerosolized salbutamol sulfate inhalation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd). Methods: 120 patients with acute exacerbation of copd from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as objects, and the random number table was divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60). The control group was given budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation treatment, and the observation group received inhalation atomization of budesonide combined with salbutamol sulfate on the basis of the control group. The respiratory difficulties, pulmonary function and SaO2 test results of the two groups were compared. Results: Three observation indexes were compared between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference one day after treatment. After treatment, the patients in both groups showed improvement on day 3 and day 10, but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with higher treatment efficiency and shorter recovery time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of acute exacerbation of copd with budesonide combined with aerosolized salbutamol sulfate inhalation is beneficial to improve the treatment efficiency, shorten the recovery time, and has effectiveness and timeliness, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
