阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压并原发性高血脂的临床应用效果观察

目的:分析和探讨阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压并原发性高血脂的临床应用效果。方法:选择我院(2018年1月至2019年1月)高血压并原发性高血脂患者(66例)作为研究对象,并采用"随机数字表法"分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),对照组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结.果:观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,左心室容积指数高于对照组;总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白均低于对照组(P值<005)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压并原发性高血脂的临床应用效果显著,不仅能够有效地改善患者的血压水平,还能够显著改善患者的血脂水平,适合在临床进行开展和普及。

Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical application of atorvastatin combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension and primary hyperlipidemia. Conclusion: Atorvastatin combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension and primary hyperlipidemia has a significant clinical effect.
