基于改进的两点偏置法的圆锥刀侧铣刀路优化

摘要 针对圆锥刀侧铣非可展直纹面,采用传统两点偏置法误差分布不均,加工质量较差的问题,本文提出使两点偏置法中的一点固定在设计曲面一直母线一端,另一点在直母线上滑动,计算对比每个位置处的误差,得到最优误差下的第二点的方法。通过仿真验证了加工误差由单一的过切误差或者欠切误差转变为过切误差与欠切误差相间分布,显然这样可以提高设计曲面的加工质量,并且该方法更加适用于分片侧铣中。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional two-point offset method has uneven error distribution and poor processing quality,the paper proposes to fix one point of the two-point offset method on one end of the design surface of the generatrix.Another point is to slide on the straight generatrix,calculate the error at each position,and get the second point under the optimal error.The simulation proves that the machining error is changed from a single overcut error or undercut error to the overcut error and the undercut error.Obviously,the machining quality of the design surface can be improved,and the method is more suitable for the side milling of the slice.
