摘要
目的:推进编外人员的规范化管理,为公立医院编外人员的管理提供参考。方法:分析本院2009—2018年编外人员的占比情况及使用编外人员的优势和问题,探索不断推进编外人员规范化管理的措施。结果:通过不断完善同工同酬制度,编外人员在工资、保险福利、岗位晋升、教育培训等方面的管理更加规范。结论:编外人员是公立医院人力资源的重要补充,通过规范化管理,可以激发编外人员的工作热情,稳定人才队伍。
Objective:To promote the standardized management of the extra staff,and provide some references for it in public hospi tals.Methods:To analyze the proportion of the extra staff from 2009 to 2018 and the advantages and problems of using the extra staff,and explore the measures to continuously promote the standardized management of extra staff.Results:Through improving the system of equal pay for equal work,the management of salary,insurance and welfare,post promotion,education and training became more stan dardized.Conclusion:The extra staff is an important supplement to the human resources of public hospitals.Through standardized management,the enthusiasm of extra staff can be stimulated,and the talent team can be stabilized.
