摘要
目的:通过对某三甲儿童医院2018-2019年度医疗不良事件上报数据进行分析,发现医疗不良事件管理中存在的问题,提出针对性的改进建议。方法:采取回顾性分析法,整理2018-2019年度医疗不良事件113例,分别从上报数量、等级、类别、科室等角度进行分析。结果:医源性不良事件的上报远少于患源性不良事件;患者期望值过高,依从性差,沟通不良,易引发患源性不良事件;投诉较多的外科科室主动上报意识有待加强。结论:提高不良事件的上报意识;加强患者期望值和依从性的管理;学习典型不良事件,落实核心制度。
Objective:To analyze the data of medical adverse events reported in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Children’s Hospital in 2018-2019,find out the existing problems in the management of medical adverse events,and put forward targeted suggestions for im provement.Methods:By retrospective analysis,collection of 113 cases of medical adverse events in 2018-2019 was analyzed from the perspective of reported quantity,grade,category,department and so on.Results:The report of iatrogenic adverse events was far less than the source of suffering from adverse events.Patients had high expectations,poor compliance,and poor communication,thence it’s easily caused the source of suffering from adverse events.The awareness of active reporting in surgical departments with more com plaints needed to be strengthened.Conclusions:Improve the awareness of adverse events reporting.Strengthen the management of pa tient expectations and compliance,learn typical adverse events and implement the core system.
