摘要
风力发电是目前较为成熟的一种可再生能源发电技术,其出力具有随机性和间歇性,电力部门很难对其进行准确的预测。风电的不确定性给电力系统的经济调度带来重大挑战,如何最大化利用风电资源以及减小风电波动对系统供电侧的影响,是经济调度常需要解决的问题。文中建立了含风电且以最低发电成本为目标的鲁棒优化调度模型,该模型考虑机组的自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)响应来应对不确定性出力波动,维持系统功率平衡。然后模拟实际场景,分析该鲁棒调度方法的安全性和经济性。
Wind power generation is a relatively mature power generation technology of renewable energy,and it is difficult for the power sector to predict wind power accurately,because of its inherent randomness and intermittency.The uncertainty of wind power brings great challenges to the economic dispatch of power system,how to maximize the utilization of wind power resources and reduce the impact of wind power fluctuations on the power supply side of the system is a problem that economic dispatch needs to solve.This paper proposes a robust optimal dispatch model,which includes wind power and with the goal of the lowest power generation cost,and this model considers automatic generation control(AGC)unit adjustment in response to uncertain output fluctuations,and maintains power balance of the system.Then,the security and economy of the robust dispatch method are analyzed through using simulation scenes.
