星点设计-效应面法优化苓桂术甘颗粒剂的成型工艺 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用星点设计-效应面法优化苓桂术甘颗粒剂的成型工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以成型率、休止角两个指标的总评归一值为评价指标,利用星点设计-效应面法对乙醇浓度与辅料比例两个影响因素进行考察,优化苓桂术甘颗粒剂成型工艺。模拟出最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉与辅料的比例1︰3.9,乙醇浓度23.8%。验证试验结果与模型方程理论值之间的偏差在合理范围内,表明所拟合模型预测结果准确。由此可得优化出的成型工艺稳定可行,具有较好的重复性,可为其后续研究提供重要的科学依据。 In this paper,star design-effect surface method was used to optimize the molding process of Lingguizhugan granule.On the basis of single factor test,the forming rate and angle of repose were taken as the evaluation index,and the two influencing factors of ethanol concentration and excipient ratio were investigated by star-point design-effect surface method to optimize the of Lingguizhugan granule.The optimum molding process was simulated as the ratio of extract powder to excipient was 1:3.9,and the concentration of ethanol was 23.8%.verify that the deviation between the test results and the theoretical values of the model equation is within a reasonable range,indicating that the predicted results of the fitted model are accurate.It can be obtained that the optimized molding process is stable and stable line,and has good repeatability,which can provide important scientific basis for its follow-up research.
