摘要
本文以常用的正硅酸乙酯为硅源,用溶胶凝胶法,经过陈化、改性、常压干燥等工艺,使用反应釜、离心机、干燥机等适合的规模化生产设备,最后生产出导热系数为0.018 W/m·K,振实密度为0.0477 g·cm^-3的工业级二氧化硅气凝胶粉体产品。
In this paper,the commonly used tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source,by sol-gel method,after aging,modification,atmospheric drying and other processes,using reactor,centrifuge,dryer and other suitable large-scale production equipment,and finally produce the industrial grade silica aerogel powder product with a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K and a solid density of 0.0477 g/cm^-3.
