摘要 陵水17-2开发工程项目深水半潜式生产平台船体设计30年不进坞维修,同时在我国南海深水海域工作,作业环境复杂而又恶劣,其船体不断承受海浪冲击、海水腐蚀等环境影响,长期的冲击以及腐蚀会使船体结构的抗力强度减弱,影响船体结构的安全。因此很有必要针对平台关键部位、应力变化较大区域以及高应力区进行应力监测。通过应力监测,可实时监控这些区域的应力,根据已设定的预警条件进行报警。 The hull design of the semi submersible production platform of Lingshui 17-2 development project does not dock for maintenance for 30 years.Meanwhile,it works in the deep water area of South China Sea.The operating environment is complex and harsh.Its hull is constantly subject to the impact of sea waves,seawater corrosion and other environmental impacts.Long term impact and corrosion will weaken the resistance strength of the hull structure and affect the safety of the hull structure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out stress monitoring for key parts of the platform,areas with large stress changes and areas with high stress.Through stress monitoring,the stress in these areas can be monitored in real time,and an alarm can be given according to the pre-warning conditions that have been set.
