摘要
为了解决企业活性炭吸附饱和后无法循环使用的问题,上海建科环境技术有限公司研发了车载移动式活性炭吸脱附系统。为满足该系统控制需求,选用西门子200 SMART系列PLC为核心的控制器,设计了电气控制原理图以及系统软件,搭建了基于PLC的硬件控制平台。利用博途TIA V15平台编程和绘制了人机操作界面,画面直观和准确地反映了吸、脱附和催化燃烧系统运行的真实情况。西门子触摸屏使用和维护较为方便,适用于现场控制。实际运行表明该控制系统实现了对活性炭吸脱附和废气催化燃烧的监控,运行稳定,具有实际应用价值。
In order to solve the problem that the company's activated carbon which was adsorption saturated cannot be recycled,Shanghai Jianke Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.has developed a vehicle-mounted mobile activated carbon adsorption and desorption system.Aim to meet the control requirements of this system,Siemens 200 SMART series PLC components were selected as the core controller,the electrical control schematic diagram and system software were designed,and a PLC-based hardware control platform was built.The human-machine operation interface was programed and drawn by using the Portal TIA V15 platform,the screen image is intuitive and accurately reflects the real situation of the operation of the adsorption,desorption and catalytic combustion system.The Siemens touch screen is easy to use and maintain and is suitable for field control.Siemens touch screen is easy to use and maintain,and is suitable for field control.The actual operation shows that the control system realizes the monitoring of activated carbon adsorption,desorption and exhaust gas catalytic combustion.The operation is stable and has practical application value.
