摘要 目的:在佳木斯大学临床医学院2015级本科心内科教学中,应用CBL、TBL、PBL融合教学法,通过考核与评价观察并分析教学具体效果。方法:随机选取2015级临床医学本科两个班作为观察班(CBL、TBL、PBL融合教学法)和参照班(传统教学法),观察学习热情,分析教学效果,探讨CBL、TBL、PBL融合教学法应用的可行性及现实意义。结果:观察班学生学习热情、教学效果(理论考核成绩明显提高,P<0.05)明显高于参照班,有助于培养学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题以及临床思维能力。结论:CBL、TBL、PBL融合教学法能提高教学质量,提高学生综合素质和创新能力,适合我国当前的医学教学资源状况,具有一定的现实意义,值得推广。 Objective:Applying the integrated teaching method of CBL,TBL and PBL,observing and analyzing the specific teaching effect through examination and evaluation in the teaching of 2015 undergraduate department of cardiology,clinical medical college,Jimusi university.Methods:Two classes of 2015 undergraduate clinical medicine were randomly selected as observation classes(CBL,TBL and PBL integrated teaching method)and reference classes(traditional teaching method)to observe learning enthusiasm,analyze teaching effect,and discuss the feasibility and practical significance of application of the integrated teaching method of CBL,TBL and PBL.Results:The study enthusiasm and teaching effect of the observation class were significantly higher than that of the reference class(P<0.05).Conclusions:CBL,TBL and PBL integrated teaching method can improve the teaching quality,students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability,which is suitable for the current situation of medical teaching resources in China.
